Personally, need my strict 7.5 hours of sleep in order to function well.....More then a year ago, I slept barley 6 hours, had high blood pressure, a very high heartbeat, migraine, water retention and I was all the time hungry. I went seeing different specialists and did it help? Well not really, my healthy became a journey and medicine my daily friend. Before I started losing weight back in July 2017, I started to improve my sleeping rhythm by going very early to bed to increase my hours of real sleep by using a fitness tracker, as I was awake for hours during the night.... At the end, a friend recommended me herbal sleeping pills, which completely changed my life!
I started to sleep better and managed to get my 8 hours in. It felt like being on vacations. Two weeks later, my blood pressure & heartbeat started to slowly to go down, as well as my appetite. I would never have thought that, really! Last night, had a short night and this morning I felt bad...water retention & headache which reminded me that is so important to get a good night sleep. I tell you my story, to remind you to get enough sleep, as it is such an important part of our health and crucial to lose weight! Remember this every night! A good sleeping rhythmen is key to lose weight, no excuse. That is why, I also still track my seeping rhytmen daily with my FitBit to make sure that I get my loved 7.5 hours daily, cos often you think you slept bad, but maybe the numbers show that is less worse than you think or the other way around!
