For everyone else who fights against a weight loss plateau and does not follow my 28-day program yet... Remember:
If you are simply not losing, but doing the right thing (you count your Macros & Calories) and do not know what is happening? Once you start losing fat, your fat cells start to fill with water, as a "placeholder", waiting for the cells to fill with fat again. Fat cells can be stubborn, very stubborn and hold on for days! Once they realize that there is no fat coming anymore, they release and the cells collapse. And finally a big, drop on the scale, so let's see who is more stubborn you or them. So the take away is, hang in there and be patient, it will come off!
